Abraham Wivell (1786-1849), his ancestry and descendants.

Abraham Wivell was a portrait painter, inventor and entrepreneur. His family roots lay in the West Country but he was born in London. His family became involved with mine when his daughter, Mary Ann Wivell, married Richard Freeman in 1846.
